Email auto-deleted once read?

I have received an email in my inbox. When the message alert showed on the
desktop, i clicked to open. When finished the mail window was closed and the
message completely dissapeared from my system. It is not in the Inbox,
deleted foler or my personal folders.

Is this a setting the sender has set -? TO DELETE ONCE READ?

Hi,
Highlight Inbox now goto view->arrange by->current view->messages

It has probably not been deleted. Vijay may be on the right track - that
you are currently seeing a filtered View of the Inbox folder.
