email attachments

I updated my windows xp to windows xp setup 1 because it
was strongly recommended by microsoft on the page with
the updates on it. Anyway, now I cannot open any
attachments in my email through outlook express. Any
ideas why??

Go to Tools>Options>Security. The option to allow attachments is there.

In OE go to Tools | Options | Security and uncheck "Do not allow
attachments...".
