email attachments

I attempted to send an e-mail with pictures as an attachment, which was
obviously too large for my recipient. Now I can't clear my "Outbox" of this
message, keep getting error message that it is still being sent. It never was
sent but it has been >24 hrs since I attempted so it is slowing down all my
other message attempts for any other e-mails.
How do I clear the Outbox of this message
