I'm sorry, but you'll have to give us more information to get a useful
answer. What attachments? What type of files and size files is she
trying to send? What ISP does she have and to what ISP is she sending
attachments? Does she have OE set to allow attachments? Do *all*
attachments fail, or just some? Which ones? Many ISP's are stripping
blocking attachments of common Windows infection vectors right now
(*.scr, *.exe, *.pif for ex.). Post back with a better description of

Without knowing the format of the attachments, such as JPG photos, et
you'll get very little help with your problem. Repost and explain.

Might try in OE, go to tools -> options -> security and make sure it says
let me open attachments that might be a virus. Otherwise you can't open a
document/attachment someone sends you.

thanks guys for the replies, fully understand that the question was a bit ambiguios, at the moment I have very little detail to form a complete question but will post back if it is not an Outlook Express problem and when I have more info
