I recently adjusted a setting in my email Outlook program and now my
attachmnents, whether they are files or pictures, are pasted to the body of
the letter rather then the attachment line in the header of the email. How
do i reset it or change it back to have the attachements in the proper area
and format?

Go into Outlook's options and change the attachment handling from inline
to "send as attachment".

I did as you instructed however when I click on options and search through
the Email areas, I do not see title or heading that is as you described.
What am I missing? I have windows XP Home. Thanks for your help.

I don't know what you are missing since I don't use Outlook or Outlook
Express. Post your question in the appropriate newsgroup or look at
these websites:
