Email attachments

I am unable to open attachments from one particular sender (co-worker).
Other co-workers can open his attachments and then forward them to me but
they are blocked when sent directly from him. I can open attachments from
other sources without a problem. What is the problem with his? Any ideas on
how to solve this?

what do you mean by "unable to open"? Do you get an error message? are
they not there when they should be? are they changed to something differnt
(eg winmail.dat)

It's as if there was no attachment. It will reference it in the body, and
coworkers who are recipients on the same email get the attachment but on mine
email there is nothing there. My coworkers and I are all using Outlook
Express 6. Thanks for your help.
