Hi All, I receive a lot of attachments on my emails with spreadsheets,
etc....I would like to detach these and then store them in a folder on my HDD
but with a reference in the email stating where the attachment is
stored....Is this possible & if so who could I do it easily please?

Thank you for the reply, unfortunately as its a compant laptop I cannot
install 3rd party software, I was hoping there was a reasonably easy way to
do this process manually.

Can you run code?
I think http://www.outlookcode.com has a sample for this.
Natively in Outlook you can save and strip the attachment but it would be a
lot of work to add a link of where it is to the received email. You'd need
to do every email one at a time.

Dear John
Here is the solution to your problem Kernel for Attachment Management an outlook add on tool which can store attachments from mails to any preferred location on the hard disk or to a network drive as directed by user. User can create own rules on managing the attachments like to save attachments from only some specific types or to save them all. for more information about the tool visit: http://www.nucleustechnologies.com/attachment-management.html
