Michael

I'm looking for a stand alone email antivirus program. I'm looking for
something that works with OE and doesn't eat up a lot of system resources.
I'm using AntiVir right now and want something to scan email with.

You're better off without it. E-mail scanners are a pain in the
ass, and worthless.

I know, but I still want one. Anyone know of any? I seem to remember one,
but can't remember the name of it.

My Earthlink DSL account scanner catches all e-mail virus's sent to me and
keeps them at the server for me to delete at my leisure or it dumps them
after 2 weeks. I know it's not a stand alone program but it keeps me from
ever seeing an e-mail virus on my computer.

Correction: a scanner "catches" only those viruses which are
_known_ it.

Avoid false sense of security.
