Email addressing error

Is there any way, except for a problem with the receiving email server, that
an email with the following header could be received at:

(e-mail address removed)

The BBB and aaa in the email addresses are fictitious.

When posting the same message to multiple newsgroups, cross-post. Guess
you'll have to wander around checking up on your MULTI-posted messages.

It's only posted in two groups. The second one was an after thought after
first posting was on its way.
