When typing a new email message, I am able to type just a few letters of the
email address to whom I am sending a message then a selection list opens
with possible entries, to which I select an entry in the list. I need to
change some of the entries and delete some, as some are no longer valid yet,
they continue to display.

I have searched for the address information in my contact area, and frequent
contact areas, not all the entries display. Where else would some of these
email addresses be retained on my PC?

Use the cursor to highlight the valid addresses and press 'del'. To
clear the whole list, close Outlook, rename the file "Profilname.NK2"
(in this file these entries are stored) which you will find in

C:\Documents....\UserName\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

This file will be rebuild after restart Outlook.

Use your arrow keys to navigate to the bad entry and press Delete.
