email address history

How can I remove the email address history in outlook.
It remembers old and/or bad addresses. The addresses are
not in any of the address books that I can find. Is
there a way to clear that?

That will clear the recent files, I need to clear the
email addresses it has remembered that I had typed in
when sending a message. They are not addresses that are
in an address book.

Use the arrow keys to select the address you don't want and press Delete.

sounds kinda time consuming when you have to do if you have alot of
addresses in the history ... , anyone who knows how to do it right??

That certainly is how to do it "right", but if you want to clear the entire
cache, then look in your Windows profile for a file ending in ".NK2" and
delete it.
