I set up a new acoutn in XP and cannot get back into the
administrator accoutn. Is there any way i can import the
information in Outlook to my Guest account.

If you installed Outlook to only work with the admin account, then no, you
cannot access your data. You will need to "run as" the admin to locate and
copy over your data.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
