Email accounts of Outlook 2003

I need to move all my email accounts of Outlook 2003 on my old pc to a new
pc. copied the file Outlook.pst to the new pc and retrive all data except
the email accounts. Can someone advise me how to move the email account to
the new pc.

The Office Save My Settings wizard should be able to do that.
