Eliminating Start Up Screens

Every time I log on two Screens appear. The first is Dell Media Experience.
The second is System32 (this folder contains files that keep you system
working
properly. You should not modify its contents). How can I eliminate these two
screens from appearing at start up? Thank you very much............Steve

Thank you soo much for the information, now the System32 folder no longer
appears at startup........your great!!
