Eliminating invalid information

I have two spreadsheets: the main list has all information and another with
the invalid information. I want to create another spreadsheet that will
eliminate all the invalid information on the second list from the main list
to create a new main list2.
 
Perhaps some details of how this data is to be "identified" might help to
provide an answer.
