Eliminating Duplicate One-to-Many Data in Reports

Access 2003 – Report Inquiry

I am working on a report from which the query is based on data in one main
form and four subforms. While I am getting the information required (which
documents are reviewed for a single review, for example), I am not, however,
getting the reporting structure right. Instead of the multiple rows of data,
I would like the report to be arranged in a fashion similar to what is below:

IPR ID: xxxx-xx
Related Projects
Project A Name
Project B Name
Related Documents
Document A ID and Name
Document B ID and Name

Because there are multiple projects for each IPR, I get rows and rows of
duplicate data for each of the documents (Project A is tied to the same
documents as Project B). How do I eliminate this for reporting purposes? I
have tried grouping via the wizard and redesigning the queries, but I am not
getting the desired results.

Thanks,

Londa Sue
