Eliminating attachments to cc contacts

I often send messages with attachments but would like to
not send the attachments to the contacts listed on the CC:
line.

Is there a setting or can I settle this issue with
individual messages.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
