Eliminate passwords for automatic reboot

I have a system that automatically reboots and I need to
turn off password processing to the software restarts
without operator intervention.
I can't find any way to turn off password processing
completely, anyone know how?

Not sure what you mean by "turn off password processing" - do you want it to
sit at the logon screen or do you want it to automatically login a specific
user when it reboots? ...those are your only 2 options.
