Eliminate Access Window Bar & Database Window

A

alicia

Can anyone provide me input on how I can "hide"
or "disable" the main MSAccess window? (not
see "Microsoft Access" at the top of the screen)

I also want to hide the database window so that end users
cannot get to the root structure.

I tried to manipulate toolbars where I could not solve
the problem. Thanks in advance! Alicia

While it is possible, it really isn't recommended. You (or your users) will
experience a lot of problems. If you are a glutton for punishment, see
http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0019.htm

If you just want to set the caption for your application, see Tools|Startup
and make an entry for Application Title.

Menu Bar =1

To hide your database go to tools/Startup and uncheck the
"Dispaly Database Window"
