Contact your system administrator. If they have disabled EFS centrally via
a Group Policy then you have no right to try and circumvent that on you
corporate owned and managed PC and should discuss this with them

David I'm sorry but I am not going to assist you by-pass a company policy.
If you require EFS on your company PC then you should take this matter up
with your company administrators who have blocked it currently.
