Effects: Problems accessing Rehanfx website

Trying to access Rehans webiste but getting the following messages
1) Error 500 'www.rehanfx.o...' Unknown Host.
2)You have been bitten by the Matts Anti-Spam harverster script.
All written in a language other than english....lol

The site is slow today, but it's up now.
