Effects and Transitions...

My friends and I are making movies using MM2, but I'm finding I'd like a few more effects, transitions, and perhaps title options. I've found a few websites that sell transition packs, but we are on quite a low budget. Anyone know of a site that offers these kinds of things for free? Maybe a message board where people share their own creations?
