when i go to replace a word in a document with another word i go to make a
space and the spacebar erases the next word, how do i prevent my spacebar
from doing this. It does not happen all the time only sometimes.

Toggle from Overtype back to Insert by pressing the Insert key or
double-clicking OVR on the status bar.

Well, you just did, but if you're trying to post an original question, you
