Is there any way to edit a message that has already been sent to a microsoft
newsgroup?

I just sent a message, and on reviewing it after it was posted I found a
huge typo. I really want to fix it before too many people read it

Hi Bill

No, once it's gone, that's it. You could 'try' cancelling it, once it shows
up in OE, but I don't think that will work.

Your best bet is to post a correction in the same thread. Select the
message in which the error appears, then reply to that message with the
correction and perhaps a small explanation that this corrects your original
post.
