Is there a way within movie maker to actually edit the sound file? (Sort of
imagine that you're on "CSI" or something...) You have the file, and right in
the middle of it is a big noise, or silence, that you want to clip out. I
can't seem to figure out how to do this. If there's not, can someone
recommend any freeware that lets you do this? Thanks for any help!

I just did a Google search on edit .wav files and got pages of results. Try
it.
