Editing Template or Stationary

Hi - I am trying to edit an auto generated email that was created a couple of
years ago by someone who is no longer with the company and didn't believe in
documentation. I have a process in place whereby a response is automatically
generated when an email is received that has a certain subject line. The
problem is that the response looks to have been created either with an
outlook template or stationary, and I can't find the path to either of them.
In the properties of the message it says that the type is a Rule Reply
Template (HTML) and that it contains 2 included files, which I believe may be
the header and footer that I am trying to edit. Can you tell me how I could
possibly find the path to the template? I have full access to the mailbox. It
is Outlook 2003 by the way.

Automated in what way? A message rule? Configure the mailbox as the primary
mailbox in a new mail profile and choose Tools-> Rules and Alerts...

if it's a template, it has the .OFT file extension...
search your system (including hidden locations) for any ".oft" files

With an Exchange server it is more likely to be a template published within
the mailbox rather than a separate oft-file or Outlook has to be open in
order to process the rule.
