Editing SEND TO and NEW on Context Menu

I have TweakUi, and was able to remove some junk from the
NEW menu, but cannot understand how to ADD to the NEW
menu...can't seem to find a HELP for TweakUi. HELP
PLEASE!! I want to change items in SEND TO and add items
to NEW...thanks
 
For New click create and browse to a blank file.

For sendto type it in Start Run and drag shortcuts in there (drag with right mouse button).
