Editing/Publishing changes to a website.

If I create a website using Frontpage 2003 for another person, can they make
and publish changes to it after it is completed? If so, would they need to
have Frontpage installed on their computer? Thank you in advance for your

2. "...would they need to have Frontpage installed on their computer? Yes
With FrontPage installed, they would Publish the entire site to a folder on
their hard drive. Make revisions and Publish revised pages only to the
server.
