I use Outlook 2000. Most of the users in the organisation use either RTF or
plain text. When I receive a message that I want to keep, it is saved in a
personal folder on my hard drive. If there is an attachment, I usually save
it in the relevant project sub-directory and delete it from the email. HTML
messages are usually larger than RTF or text and most HTML message can be
converted - to save space!! - and then moved to the personal folder.
How can I convert an HTML file to RTF or text if the edit mode for the HTML
is set as Word. When I try to edit the HTML file, it converts to Word
immediately and it cannot seem to be convertible..... How can I convert
this type of message to RTF without going the Word route???
Any answers?
Thanks
