Editing dual boot sequence

I just created a dual boot W2K machine (dual boot as in two W2K setups). The
problem is, is that when it gets to the screen that prompts you which set up
you want to boot, they both look identical (they both say the same thing). I
know in WinNT, you were able to edit the boot.ini file. Is there a similar
file that I can edit so that these two entries do not look the same. i.e.
one will say boot for test environment while the other will state to boot
into production environment?

It is identical to Windows NT.

c:\boot.ini is hidden, System, readonly.
