Editing Data in a form

I created a form and I linked two tables to it. When I try to enter data in
the fields it will not allow me to edit the fields. It also gives me a error
at the bottom of the sreen that says " This recordset in not updateable".
What can I do to allow data entry in the fields.
 
I believe you cannot edit a field on the form which has two tables under it.
