Editing a web page

When editing a web page, why do all other pages editing automatically with
the page currently being edited ?

can you please rephrase that question, it does not make any sense.
 
Are you using Shared Borders? If you edit a page in a shared border
area, then all pages using that shared border will be changed.
 
Are you editing an Included Page content?
