Edit Windows Explorer contect menu

When I right click on a file in Windows Explorer the context menu has
gotten so large that it has scroll arrows on top and on bottom.

How do I edit this thing to par it down to a more manageable size?

Have you considered un-installing these programs. ?
Or see if they have an option not to show in the context
menu ?

If there is no option, then I need to know what
are the items that show up and what they do ?
Do they appear when you right click a file, folder
or specific files ?

The default file menu should be around 10 items.
The default file menu should be around 12 items.
