I have been using Microsoft Word to create and edit my Web pages. It's been
really easy up until now. Yesturday I notice some of my web pages needed
editing. I edited page as usual. But when I try to save I get this message:
(The folder that this Web page would use to organise supporting files is
already reserved for use in the current location. Please choose a different
name or location for thie Web page. )
This has never happened before. Why will it not let me save and upload my
edited page? I don't want a different name or location for this page. I just
want to save it with the corrections I've made.

A web page consists of multiple files. Word uses a subfolder in the
location (main folder) where you save the web page to store all of the
sub-files.

When you opened your web page, Word converted it internally into a document.
When you now want to save it as a web page again, Word needs to re-create
the subfolder and its contents.

Normally, it would overwrite the existing subfolder. This time, something
is preventing it from overwriting: either the subfolder is locked read-only,
or someone/something else is editing it. It may be that you have set the
Windows option to "Save and manage web pages as a single file". If you
have, you won't be able to see the subfolder.

Hope this helps

Well, I'm the only one that has access to my web pages, and I don't have any
other folders open. So how do I get around this problem?
