Edit Web on local network

Hi All

I am trying to edit a website (FP Extensions) that is
located on another Windows XP Pro computer in my
workgroup. I get asked for logon credentials but do not
have any as we are not in a domain environment. How can
i edit the website from my machine?

Ask the original author what the user name and password are.
