Edit assigned task

Hi,

Is it possible to edit a task that you already assigned to other user, and
the task is accepted by the user?

Aloha Tony,

I don't believe so - once you assign the task and it's accepted they become
the owner of the task if I recall correctly.

Thanks for your reply, the case is my boss assign a task to me, and I
accepted, after a while he want to edit the tasks, for sure I am the owner
and not allow my boss to change it, so is it possible to do that?. Thanks.

No not possible. The owner is the only person who can edit the Task.

Your boss can send you a Status Report by opening his copy. That's as close
as Outlook goes to what you want to do. Try it - it may be what you need!
