ebay pages dont load

using internet explorer 6 for browsing.
cannot access any ebay pages at all on network computer
unless its got usb modem attached-any other sites are no
problem(so far as i know)
if modem is moved and connected to other computer on
network ebay is accessible.have already tried formatting
hard drive and reinstalling windows but nothing works.can
anyone give me ideas please?

This winsock repair fixed all my IE web page display trouble. All my pages
show and display as they should know.
