Easy transfer lenguage conflict

Hello, please advise me...I made mig file from my table pc vista home premium
spanish, i update windows ultimate english...but, now i cant load mig file
for lenguage conflicts...please let me know...
Urgent, I have all my configurations on mig file...and i need to work...Why
microft dont explain this situations before using windows easy tranfer?

Unfortunately, there is no help for you. You cannot take settings and files
from one language and load them into another.

With Vista Ultimate, you can download the various language packs from
Microsoft, english, french, spanish, whatever!
