easy to understant tutor

does anybody know where I can find an easy to understand tutor for front page
2002 <--may be earlyer but I think this is right!

Start with the help file and then go to a bookstore and look for one of the
beginner step by step type books.

GEt a good book on HTML and go through it first. A little understanding of
this underlying technology will make any HTML authoring system MUCH easier
to grasp.
