Easy replacement for lost "decrease paragraph spacing"?

Is there some easier way to create a macro or something to replace the
idiotic removal of the two buttons I use constantly in developing powerpoint
slideshows - "increase paragraph spacing" and "decrease paragraph spacing"

I don't have time to keep going to through the long process of individually
changing line spacing on every paragraph I create. I'd rather return 2007
until they listen to people that use their products.

Mike,
Actually the two buttons just increased the line spacing and not the
paragraph spacing. The line spacing has a button on the start ribbon so it
is quickly accessable. But yes, I do agree they were very handy. As far as I
can tell you can't add them to the QAT. And I know of no shortcut keyboard
combination.

I have added the Paragraph button to my QAT so that I can quickly access the
line spacing options (not just the ones Microsoft gave us. Because I prefer
closer than a 1-line setting for text, the ones Microsoft lists in the line
spacing dropdown don't help me much.
