Easy question - Attach picture in Outlook

Yesterday - I right clicked on a pic and chose> send to> mail recipient> make
pictures smaller and it placed the picture in the email (when you opened the
email you saw it and didn't have to open the attachment). Now when I try the
same steps it attaches but doesn't display in the body of the message? How
was this done?

Sounds like you didn't use Outlook on your first attempt. Outlook only
supports the behavior you described in your second attempt.
