east asia languages

all computers now dont come with the windows xp cd. sohow
do i install the east asia languages if we dont have a cd.

ive tried every cd that came with the computer and none
have it.
 
Hi Nate,

Is there an I386 subfolder on the system, possibly under C:\Windows? This is
likely where the WinXP files are stored. Rather than a CD, when prompted
redirect to this folder.
