e-mailing multiple people

Is there a way, that when you come to send an email, you can just click on a
folder and it emails everyone in that folder???
Instead of clicking on each persons name one at a time???

Look up "Distribution List" (without the quotes) in Outlook Help....

Select the contacts you want to send to, then choose either Tools | Mail Merge or Actions | New Message.
