e-mailing family pictures

When I e-mail pictures I also get pictures infilltrated
from the web sites that I have previously visited. How
can I prevent web site Temporary file pictures from
attaching themselves to my "MSN Pictures and Faxes' file?
I have tried using disk cleanup to ride the temp files.
 
Start\Settings\Control Panel\Internet Options\General\Temporary Internet
Files\
Delete Files.
