I want to e-mail to a large group of e-mails, but I want
each recipient to only see their e-mail address as a
recipient, not the entire list. Help?

Send it as a BCC so none of them are displayed. Contact your ISP/mail
administrator for restrictions on how many messages you can send at once
(very likely it's limited). If you want to send the messages personalized
you can use Mail Merge from within Word. This will also workaround the
sending at once limit.

Robert,

Thanks very much for your reply. Where can I found out
more about the items you mentioned. For example, I don't
know what a BCC is or how to send it. I'm hoping I won't
have a restriction on number of messages, my total list
shouldn't exceed 500.
I'm familiar with drafting and printing letters in Word
using Mail Merge and data from an Excel Spreadsheet.
Would the process of using data (e-mail addresses) from a
spreadsheet to composing and sending e-mail messages work
the same way? If so, how do I do it.

Thanks,

Dave

Hi Dave,

BCC: Blind Carbon Copy. You can use this field when addressing the mail by
pressing the To field or make it visible by View-> BCC field when composing
the e-mail.

Yes it works the same way. You only choose to e-mail it instead of printing
it. Directions depend on your version of Office though but the Wizard should
guide you through it.

Regards,
