If I want to sent a picture to an e-mail adres it won't work the way I am
used to. I Have a dutch windows vista home edition. I have windows mail but
when I go to the pricture and want to copy it to an e-mail adres, the program
asks me to make it smaller, so I make it 640x480 for example. Then it opens
in ms outlook exchange. But there is no possibility to send the mail. I can
fill in the adres and also CC and I can see the picture as jpg.atachment 52
kb, but no pssibility to send it. I should like to have the possibillity to
send it in my Windows mailprogram. I can do that but then I start an e-mail,
surch the picture as an atachment but then the same picture is 1,32 mb! so I
can send only a couple of pictures and the are verry big to receive. So that
is the problem.
Also when I receive a mail with in the mail an new e-mail adress and I click
on this e-mail adress it also opens with ms outlook exchange and again with
no possibility to really send the mail.
I like to hear from someone. If possible in dutch or simple english.

Start | Default Programs
Make sure Windows Mail has all its defaults.

Windows Mail has problems adding attachments that are still open in some
other program. You need to find a way to reduce the size of the picture,
then save it as a file with a different name, then close the program that
did
the size reduction, then open a new message window in Windows Mail,
click on Insert in the new message window, then File Attachment, then
select the new file.

For opening the wrong email program, try this: Click on the orb in the
lower left corner of the screen, then Default Programs, then Set your
default programs, then Windows Mail, then Set this program as default,
then OK.

Sorry, I can't answer in Dutch. I hope this is simple enough English.
