When I open up my email I get a message that says

A time-out occurred while communicating with the server.
Account: 'PeoplePC Online', Server: 'mail.peoplepc.com',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800CCC19

Also a pop up that say
Main Permission denied

Talked with your ISP's support folks? Give them a call, or explain the
problem in e-mail.
