How do I get may e-mail to show up at sbcglobal.net as well as Outlook it
seems all my mail is forwarded to outlook I wont to mnage the one account it
both places

Is SBCGlobal.NET your ISP and do they provide a web interface for mail?
Probably what's happening is that Outlook is downloading the mail and
removing it from the server (as is normal for POP3 mail). Eventually you
have to empty your online mailbox since there's probably a limit to its size
(typically 10-20MB for ISP mail boxes)

sbc is my ISP it is dsl and has a web interface /w 2 gig of mail space I
just would like to check mail from both places

Then set Outlook to not delete the mail items until you delete them in
Outlook in the properties of the email account in the Advanced Properties
here: Tools menu > Email Accounts > View/Change an existing account > Click
Next > Highlight an account > Click Change > Click More Settings

Leave a copy on server in the account setting options (advanced tab)
