E-mail transfers from another provider

With my new hard drive, e-mail is no longer transferred automatically from my
EarthLink (mindspring) address to Outlook. How do I set it up again?

Call Earthlink for the information you require (server names, etc.) or check
their website.

Unfortunately, Earthlink just told me in a live chat that I have to
"configure your email address in outlook." Now what? Any ideas?
