"E-mail this file" going to wrong email program

I use Netscape for web browsing and Outlook Express for
email. When I open a folder and try to attach a photo to
an email using the "e-mail this file" option under File
and Folder Tasks, it keeps opening up Netscape mail
instead of Outlook Express. In Internet Options, the
email program is set to "Outlook Express". Anyone have an
idea how I tell it to use Outlook Express when I click
this option, without uninstalling Netscape?

Feeling sorry for the underdog is not a good enough reason to use Netscape..
use IE6 instead..

Set Outlook Express as default mail client - Start/Run and type in:
MSIMN.EXE /REG

Reset OE for Send To , Mail To , Send Mail (Line 64)
